Mac App Store release on tag (#118)

A vN.N.N tag now also builds a sandboxed Mac App Store package, uploads it to
App Store Connect with fastlane, and submits it for review with automatic
release once approved. The direct-download packages are unchanged.

- scripts/build-mas.ts writes the team-specific entitlements and provisioning
  profile, then packages the `mas` target (Apple Distribution + Mac Installer
  Distribution certificates).
- The sandbox entitlements cover only what the app uses: network, user-picked
  files and Downloads.
- The agent runner stays off in the store build (process.mas): the sandbox
  cannot launch the harness CLIs.
- "What's New" comes from `release-notes.ts --store`, plain user-facing bullets.
- Listing screenshots are rendered from the real chat UI with fixture data
  (scripts/generate-mas-screenshots.mjs).
