Fix AuthenticationResults and HtmlToHtml fuzz failures

- AuthenticationResults: drop backslashes that quote CR/LF in comments
  when unfolding so the serialized header can be parsed again.
- HtmlToHtml: write end tags for implicitly closed self-closing non-void
  HTML elements (e.g. <e/> inside MathML <mi>) so output is stable.
