test(tkinter): isolate parameter-editor layout tests from host DPI

Use a scoped layout fixture to give fixed-pixel GUI tests predictable
96-DPI scaling, named fonts, and ttk theme settings. Restore the original
Tk settings after each test, including when a test raises an exception.

Apply the fixture to parameter-editor tests for short-screen plugin
layouts, editable parameters, and component-field visibility. Refresh
named fonts when the component-layout cases switch to their explicit
96-DPI and 144-DPI scenarios.

Add regressions verifying display settings are restored after successful
and failing layout scenarios at both 96-DPI and 144-DPI ambient settings.

No application runtime behavior changes.
