docs: add an animated walkthrough of anchoring operations on blockchains (#1397)

"Anchored in a Block": a canvas walkthrough of how operations reach a
blockchain registry. It covers choosing a registry, the per-registry and
Hyperswarm queues, a mediator cutting a batch whose DID commits to its
ordered operation CIDs, one transaction anchoring the batch on Bitcoin,
Zcash, Ethereum or Solana, every node importing it with its chain
position, the confirmation and block-bounded timestamps that result, and
what an orphaned block undoes. Linked from the docs index before the
convergence walkthrough.
