Share the per-kind dispatch of single key lookups (#1795)

## What do these changes do?

`_md_contains_locked()`, `_md_get_one_locked()` and
`_md_set_default_locked()` each picked the probe macro for the table's
kind with the same if/else chain. It moves into one
`HTKEYSITER_FIND_FIRST()` macro in `htkeys.h`.

The pure-Python backend has no equivalent and is unaffected.

## Is it a substantial burden for the maintainers to support this?

No.
