Bump toolhive-core to v0.0.52 (#6815)

v0.0.52 lets mcpcompat decode a tool whose top-level schema type is a
JSON Schema type array, such as ["object","null"], instead of failing the
whole tools/list page. It preserves the array verbatim, so such tools are
kept rather than dropped.

Go's minimum version selection also raises the indirect dependencies to
the floors toolhive-core now requires. No source changes.
