fix: send a cleared position or home group to Unity (#68)

UpdateMemberRequest drops null fields, and Integrity reads an absent
field as "keep", so a member taken off a position or out of a home group
locally was sent an empty update and kept both on Unity.

Integrity's MemberController accepts 0 for home_group_id and
intergroup_position_id (skipping the existence check) and "" for
intergroup_position_rotation, and rejects an explicit JSON null. Reconcile
now sends those for a changed field that was cleared.

Pinned by two Reconciliation.feature scenarios: a holder removed as the
position editor does it, and a member taken out of their home group.
