fix(search): the graph rerank's relationship text reads relationship search's property list, so no property outside it reaches the reranker (#1154)

graphRerankContent built a relationship's rerank text from the node
keyword list, so with relationship lists narrower than the nodes' (only
search_text), a property outside them (text) was sent to the rerank
provider. It now uses relationshipSearchableText, as the relationship
keyword index does, for a stored relationship and for one read from the
hit.
