Overhaul the guides (#120)

* docs: add how-to guides for the bounds workflow

Adds four task-oriented guides under `docs/guides/`, each executed by the
notebook CI environment so they cannot drift from the code. They and the
quickstart all use the same 10-qubit Trotterized Ising circuit and single-qubit
observable, so the quickstart is resized to match:

- tuning the configuration options, grouped by whether they change the accuracy
  of the bounds, the scope of what is computed, or how the computation runs,
  and covering why `atol_eigenvalue` is the one option that is not safe to
  loosen;
- tightening bounds with a speed limit, which is a no-op on fully converged
  forward bounds and only pays off once accuracy has been traded for speed
  elsewhere;
- computing custom bounds, worked through on a mirror circuit, where a
  forward-style bound is valid for the backward direction and each bound only
  needs computing for its own half of the circuit, which stays feasible on far
  deeper circuits than the complete forward bounds do;
- interpreting the two visualizations, covering the details that are easy to
  misread: that the numbers are sums over the error terms sharing a support,
  that the color scale grows with the data, what light gray means in the
  animation, and that neither figure shows the anti-noise PEC actually applies.

Closes #48.

* docs: document that every noisy box needs a unique modifier_ref

The bounds are keyed by `InjectNoise.modifier_ref`, so boxes sharing one
collide: the forward bounds silently overwrite each other, and the backward
computation never returns. Of sam... (continued)
