fix: log the failures of the norm function in compute_bounds (#128)

`compute_bounds` dispatched its tasks without an `error_callback`, so the
worker pool silently discarded every exception raised by `norm_fn`. The
affected error terms kept the trivial bound of 2.0, which remains valid,
but any problem in the norm function went unnoticed.

Every failure now gets recorded. The first one gets logged as a warning
together with its traceback from within the worker process, and a second
warning summarizes all failures once the computation has finished. The
final count of successfully completed tasks no longer includes the
failed ones.
