feat: Runner-owned network bindings with pre-run service checks (#211)

### Added

- Returns-slot conformance gate (`assert_module_returns_conformance`): every host function with a declared `returns` executes against its slot, through deterministic sampled arguments plus executable `Example` scripts; a lying slot fails `cargo test` instead of rotting generated docs. Decentralized per crate boundary (STD in core, each plugin in its own suite) behind the `test-harness` feature; watchdog threads bound every invocation so blocking samples report inconclusive instead of hanging the suite.
- `#[example(name, code)]` function examples: structured executable snippets on `FuncMeta` reusing the command `Example` shape, rendered as fences into the generated function reference and executed by docs_conformance, with strict parity coverage tests requiring every registered function in an executed fence.
- `HostModule::with_state` plus `StepCtx::module_state`: module-shared state (endpoint registries) reachable from `#[oxdock_func]` bodies, so no entry needs a hand-built closure to capture state.
- Macro options expressiveness: value unions (`DURATION|STRING`), one-level collections (`MAP<STRING>`), empty `#[options()]` for reserved-but-keyless MAPs, and omittable trailing options MAPs via `#[optional]` (range arity with `{}` fill, same messages as the hand-built entries).
- New `BindingSpec::DialOnly` slot: resolvable for dials against harness-held listeners and runner-owned upstreams, never bound by `bind_all`, never claimable for `LISTEN`.

### Changed

- All hand-built host registrations converted to `#[oxdock_func]` with identical DSL contracts (NET `LISTEN`/`CONNECT`/`PORT`/`ADDR`/`FETCH`, SSH `SERVE`/`CONNECT`, STD `RAND`); options params declare bare `MAP` like every hand-built entry did, and existing suites verify parity.
