feat: Compress Wii partitions with user-supplied keys (#190)

Add WithCommonKey so the Wii common keys can be supplied, which are
needed to decrypt each partition's title key. As Dolphin does, each
partition that can be decrypted is stored as partition data: split into
two data areas after its file system table, decrypted, with its hashes
recalculated and any that don't match stored as hash exceptions, and
with its padding found using its own file system table. A partition
whose key isn't supplied, or is wrong, is stored as raw data.

Padding is now found across each 2 MiB block of a partition and then
packed per chunk, as Dolphin does. The CLI gains --common-key,
--korean-key and --vwii-key flags, which can also be set from the
environment.

Add Mario Kart Wii (Korea) to the test data, which uses the Korean
common key.
