perf(cypher): a node pattern with a null property matches nothing without scanning the label (#1130)

A property map holding null ({id: null}, a CASE or variable that is null)
can match no node, but finding no index seek for it, the initial node
lookup scanned the whole label and filtered every node: 500 OPTIONAL MATCH
lookups over 4,000 nodes took about 900 ms instead of 3 ms. The lookup now
returns no candidates for such a pattern at once.
