Fix astro deploy image builds for git-source dependencies, and show the build output (#2300)

* Show the image build's output on astro deploy

The manifest deploy passed the builder no callbacks, so docker build's output
was dropped and a failed install pointed at "the build output above" that
was never printed. It now streams to the deploy's progress writer (stderr),
as astro local start and astro package show theirs.

* Install git in a generated image when a dependency is a git source

A [tool.uv.sources] git source becomes name @ git+https://... in the
generated requirements.txt, and the runtime image ships no git, so uv failed
the install with "Git executable not found" and every image deploy of such a
project failed. packages.txt now gets git, which the image installs before
the Python dependencies.

* Address review: match git sources without regard to case, label build lines

- isGitReference lowercases the scheme, as uv matches it.
- A pinned or arch-qualified git apt entry counts as git already listed.
- The git rule documents that only https sources are served (ssh needs a
  client and a key the build has neither of); its test no longer claims ssh.
- Build lines reach Progress as [build] <text>, as astro local shows them,
  with a test that they arrive; the stale "transport stays silent" comments
  are updated.
