* Synchronize the state functions checked in parallel share

Under processFunctionsInParallel, one lock now serializes PyDev's
definition and class-hierarchy lookups, whose source modules fill shared
caches without synchronizing their readers. Each function's status is
merged after the loop instead of from every thread, and each step gets a
NullProgressMonitor instead of a split of the shared SubMonitor. Serial
runs are unchanged.

testParallelMatchesSerial checks that parallel runs agree with a serial
one. The races don't reproduce deterministically, so it passes without
the change too.

* Keep cancellation and check the cold path in parallel mode

In parallel mode, each step's monitor now answers whether the loop's
monitor was canceled, and each step checks it first, so a cancel is
noticed during the loop as it is in serial mode. The test's first run is
now the parallel one, so it fills whatever of PyDev's caches are still
cold while functions are checked in parallel.
