Exit 0 when the evaluation completes and every project succeeds (#1053)

The application returned 1 whenever the evaluation's status wasn't OK,
but a fully successful run reports an INFO status, so every completed
run exited 1, as did a run that skipped projects and one that aborted.
The exit code now follows the status's severity: 0 for OK or INFO (every
project succeeded), a new 6 for WARNING (completed, but a project failed
and was skipped), and 1 for anything worse (aborted). Codes 2 through 5
are unchanged, and none of these collide with the codes Equinox reserves
(13, 14, 15, 17, 23, 24).

The status is now logged whatever its severity. A completed run's status
carries the completion line that drivers such as reinfer/run.py read, and
it was logged only on the non-OK path.
