Preserve the callable when configuring a task from a Task object (#1122)

`AsyncScheduler.configure_task()` accepts a callable, a task ID or a `Task` object. The `Task` branch built the `TaskParameters` from the task's id, job_executor, max_running_jobs, misfire_grace_time and metadata, but never
carried over the task's `func`. As a result the configured task was stored with `func=None`, and the scheduler later crashed with a callable lookup error when a job for that task was run.

Copy the callable reference from the passed `Task` into `func_ref` so the created task keeps it.

Fixes #1001.
