fix(session-host): keep the host's /tmp files from aging out (#733)

the session host now touches its lock, log and pidfile at start and once an hour, and writes the pidfile again when it is missing or does not hold the host's pid. Live panes of such a host keep reporting `liveAttribution: supervisor` however long it runs.

before, the host wrote `session-host.pid` once and never touched it again. macOS deletes a regular file under `/tmp` once its access, modify and change times are all three days old, and the app's reads of the pidfile do not move its access time. With the pidfile gone the app had no host pid, so every supervised pane read `unknown`.

the hourly schedule uses a clock that keeps counting during sleep. The lock and the log are touched through their open descriptors and never replaced.

**Limits**

- a host started by an older build keeps the old behavior until it is replaced, and restarting the app does not replace it
- a lock or log that was already deleted is not restored

the branch also adds a backlog item for a related defect: with the lock file deleted, a second host can take over the live host's socket.
