CI: upload coverage to Coveralls from a single matrix job (#43)

The coverage upload step ran on every Linux matrix job (Julia 1.12/1.10
x64 and 1.10 aarch64).  Each upload independently closes the Coveralls
build for the commit, so the concurrent uploads race and intermittently
fail with "build is already closed" or "target branch out-of-sync."

Restrict the upload to one job (Julia 1.10, ubuntu-latest, x64).  The
matrix runs the same test suite across versions, so a single lcov.info
upload is sufficient and removes the race.

This mirrors Qiskit/Qiskit.jl#64 and is expected to fix the CI failure
in #35.
