Activity tab in the sidebar, and a phone tab bar (#299)

* Activity feed: mentions, thread replies, DMs, channel adds, per-item read state

The activity stream only recorded reactions and fired reminders, with one
"seen up to here" watermark. This extends it so the Activity tab can work
like Slack's:

- New item types: mention (direct @mention, @all/@here, keyword match),
  thread_reply, dm and channel_added ("X added you to #channel").
- Mentions, thread replies and DMs are recorded from the notification
  fan-out, so the feed follows the same mute / @all-ignore / keyword /
  thread-follow rules as notifications. Delivery levels don't apply: a
  direct mention shows in Activity even at a quiet desktop level.
- Per-item read state on top of the watermark: mark read, mark unread,
  remove. Mark all read still advances the watermark and clears it.
- Feed returns each item's read flag plus unread counts per type.
- New endpoints: PUT /api/v1/activity/items/read {ids, read} and
  POST /api/v1/activity/items/remove {ids}.
- Activity is kept for 30 days / 500 items (was 7 days / 200).
- The existing Activity page renders the new item types.

- The sidebar runs the full window height (its top strip stays free for
  window dragging) with a Home / Activity switch: the selected side shows
  its label, the other shrinks to its icon, with the unread count on the
  bell.
- Activity lists mentions, thread replies, DMs, reactions, channel adds
  and reminders, grouped (replies in one thread, same-emoji reactions,
  one DM) and split by day. Filter tabs All / DMs / Mentions / Threads /
  Reactions with unread dots; the label and underline hand over towards
  the tab you pick. Unread-only toggle, mark all read, and per-row
  read/unread and "remove from activity". Opening... (continued)
