build: version Boost.Asio's global symbols on every platform

Without BOOST_ASIO_ENABLE_VERSION_NAMESPACE, Boost.Asio >= 1.91 names its
extern "C" symbols (asio_detail_posix_thread_function, asio_signal_handler)
exactly like standalone Asio. On Linux and macOS, where Boost.Asio is
header-only, ours are weak and a standalone Asio's strong definitions win
silently in a static link (score's LSL addon): every Boost.Asio thread then
runs standalone Asio's entry point, which deletes the thread's func object on
exit, and Boost's posix_thread::join() in ~io_context reads it after free.

Windows already enabled the namespace for the same clash (loud duplicate
symbol there); enable it everywhere.
