* fix(signals): an untracked isPending or latest is a snapshot (#3946)

isPending/latest stamped the running computation a verdict reader even
inside untrack, so a dependency going pending re-derived it. A router's
link claim probes pending state untracked while its anchor is created,
which made a non-keyed <Show> rebuild its child on every refetch of its
condition. The window now marks only a tracked reader; a throw still
reaches the pass through untrack. D-24 records it.

Tests adapted from #3946.

* test(solid): type the accessor child in the #3946 Show spec

solid-js#test-types failed on the new spec: the Show child returns an
accessor, which is not assignable to the child callback's Element return
type. Cast it, as the neighbouring specs do for values they unwrap by
hand. No behaviour change; the spec still passes.
