docs: sync the usage help with `totebag -h` and add cargo install

- usage.md: the help block is now the exact output of `totebag -h`, as
  cli/README.md already is. The hand-wrapped copy still placed
  `[default: 5]` for --level where it was before #100; an exact copy can
  be refreshed by pasting the output again.
- install.md: a Cargo section with `cargo install totebag-cli`. No
  feature flag is needed any more, RAR included, and no C toolchain. It
  also says that the command installed this way is `totebag-cli`, while
  the release binaries, Homebrew and the Docker image call it `totebag`.
