* fix(signals): until() through a derivation of confirmed guesses resolves (#3943)

A truth reader (until) reads a guess's staged truth, else the committed
value. A derivation of guesses gave it the committed value even once
every guess had been confirmed by its own source; confirmation is silent
and nothing re-derived it, so the action waited on until() forever.

When every guess in the lane is confirmed, a derivation's lane value is
the truth (same inputs): until reads it, and confirmation wakes truth
readers of the lane's derivations. No recompute — the guess was right.

laneRead checks the unowned reader first and hoists the lane lookup;
supersede shares its tail (stage the truth, join the parent) across the
correction and confirmation branches. isPending/latest: 9,733 B brotli /
27,411 B minified (+6 B brotli over next once #3977 lands); cap recorded.
