stepper: predefined list functions are one step, like in the e-stepper (#540)

* stepper: a call of a predefined list function (length, map, …) is one step, like the e-stepper

The reducer evaluates the library template to a value inside the single
contraction, including the calls of the user's callbacks and their print
output. A library name used as a value is now a Builtin, like print.
Closes #537.
