Expose ImapCommandException.ResponseCodes and public ImapResponseCodes

Replaced the string ImapCommandException.ResponseCode property with an
IReadOnlyList<ImapResponseCode> ResponseCodes property containing every
error response code received for the failed command, in order. The
ErrorType property now prefers a tagged error code and otherwise falls
back to the last untagged error code.

Made ImapResponseCode, ImapResponseCodeType and all ImapResponseCode
subclasses public with full API documentation. Fields are now
properties with public getters and internal setters, and each type has
a public constructor so that exceptions can be constructed in unit
tests. CopyUidResponseCode's SrcUidSet/DestUidSet were renamed to
SourceUidSet/DestinationUidSet.

ResponseCodes are intentionally not serialized.
