feat: show only the current configuration on the overview (#77)

Drop the hunt group title and its Name, Announcement, Voicemail and
Hunting type row, leaving the table, renamed Current configuration,
with its announcement and voicemail notices.

Remove the Apply pending changes button with its handler and hook.
Tamar applies every change as it saves, so its commit() is a no-op and
the button never did anything.

huntgroupSummary() now returns only what the table uses: the
announcement, the voicemail box and the timeouts.
