feat: lay the overview out like the panel's hunt group page (#76)

The Overview now mirrors /phonedivert/huntgroup: the group's Name,
Announcement, Voicemail and Hunting type across the top, then the
Existing configuration table in the panel's column order, with its
announcement and voicemail notices. The hunt group chooser becomes a
matching card.

The group settings and ring timeouts are not in Beacon's contract, so
they come from a new read-only HuntgroupCallForwardingService::
huntgroupSummary(), served from the page listRules() already loaded.
Without it the table still renders, for any other driver.

Replaces the day-grouped call flow and the Known targets list.
