fix: satisfy nilnil in the AI search test stub (#857)

## What type of PR is this?

## What this PR does / why we need it:

After #855, Golang Lint fails on `pkg/core/manager/ai/search_test.go`:
`fakeAIProvider.GenerateStream` returned `nil, nil`, which `nilnil`
rejects (`return both a nil error and an invalid value`).

`GenerateStream` is only implemented so the stub satisfies
`ai.AIProvider`. `TestConvertTextToSQL` calls `Generate`, not
`GenerateStream`. The stub now returns a non-nil error (`not
implemented`) with a nil channel, which matches the real clients'
failure path and clears the linter.

## Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

No linked issue. This restores the Golang Lint check that started
failing on `main` after #855.

## Validation

- `go test ./pkg/core/manager/ai/` passes.
- `golangci-lint` v1.62.0 (same version as CI) on
`./pkg/core/manager/ai/...` exits clean, including `nilnil`.
