chore: drop generated context dumps from the tree (#24)

* chore: drop generated context-builder dumps from the tree

Remove 26 tracked outputs (15.6 MB) so clones and self-runs no longer
carry them. Ignore the default output names, UTC-second snapshots, and
docs/research/context-files/. List the .context-builder cache in the
crate exclude so it cannot ship.
