Commit Message

docs(restore): describe upgrading with Live sessions

the Restore section in the docs and the Restore modes section in the agent skill now say how to upgrade with Live sessions active (install, quit, reopen, no reset) and what the first switch from Fresh shells or Re-run commands to Live costs.

the skill description gains an "upgrades" trigger. Its opening is shortened to keep the description under the 1024-character limit.
