debug(gha): Auto-installer (#198)

### Added

- New `--version`, `-V` flag printing `oxdock <version>` and exiting 0, matching `--help` behavior.
- The `--script` file and positional script argument accept absolute paths outside the OxDock workspace root; relative paths still resolve under it, so generated step files (GitHub Actions shells) load like stdin text.
- `oxdock_embed!` and `oxdock_prepare!` fingerprints are location-independent: validation compares script, inputs, and environment against the user-relative staging name instead of an absolute path, so a staging tree copied to another machine still validates. Existing caches rebuild once.
- CLI `--help` text now ships as compile-time embedded assets, and the `oxdock-cli` README carries a Command-line reference rendered from the same body.

### Changed

- Prebuilt release binaries now ship with all features enabled (every module, including `MARKDOWN`), instead of default features. Registry installs via `cargo install` still resolve default features; the download path gives downloaders the most capable binary.
- Release binaries now cover five platforms: Linux x86_64 and ARM64, macOS ARM64, and Windows x86_64 and ARM64. The test matrix runs the full suite on ARM64 Linux as well.
- Release version gate reads unified workspaces and single-crate repos alike (`workspace.package` with a bare `package` fallback), so fleet repos need no workspace layout to onboard.
- The release executes on the shipped binary itself: the workflow extracts the built Linux archive and runs the release script with it instead of rebuilding from source, so the artifact being released performs the release.
- Auto-installers (`install.sh`, `install.ps1`): one-line binary installs from GitHub releases with platform detection, both generated by `docs-gen` from shared values so repo identity and example versions never drift. The stubs only fetch; all install logic lives in `install.oxfile` (checksum verification via `HASH_SHA256... (continued)
