* test(postgrest): lock the unrepresentable-query property

A parent filter cannot be ORed with an embedded one: PostgREST sends them
as separate query parameters and always ANDs them. The typed API keeps
that query unwritable because _PostgrestFilter<R> only joins filters of
the same relation. Add a fixture that tries it, and a script that
requires it to fail to compile with the expected diagnostic. Run the
script in the CI spm job.

Fixes SDK-1576

* test(postgrest): match the expected error on the fixture's own diagnostic line
