* feat(postgrest)!: gate the typed API behind @_spi(Experimental) and lock the macro boundary

The typed query API is experimental, so users now opt in with code:

- `from<R>(_:)` and `schema<S>(_:)` on PostgrestClient and SupabaseClient
  are `@_spi(Experimental)`. An unavailable twin of each turns the missing
  import into "Opt in with `@_spi(Experimental) import Supabase`."
- Every public typed-API type gains a `_` prefix. Only the entry points are
  SPI: Swift rejects a public type that conforms to an SPI protocol or uses
  an SPI macro, which would block public models and typegen's public output.
  PostgrestFilterValue, PostgrestArrayElement and the macros keep their names.
- scripts/check-postgrest-dependencies.sh fails if building PostgREST
  compiles swift-syntax, and runs in CI.
- DependencyBoundaryTests uses the typed API through its public surface with
  a hand-written conformance and no macro import.

BREAKING CHANGE: the typed-API types are renamed with a `_` prefix, and a
typed query needs `@_spi(Experimental) import Supabase`. See V3_MIGRATION.md.

Fixes SDK-1519

* chore(postgrest): drop the dependency-boundary script; register the string builder for relationship_embed

The typed embed symbols are _-prefixed, so the capability had no symbols left
for the matrix to verify.
