Ignore non-string $schema/$id values when reading schema keywords

navigate() also lands on keyword maps such as "properties", whose keys are
user-chosen names. A property named "$schema" made deriveSchemaUri() return
the property's schema array (TypeError), and a property named "$id" was cast
to the string "Array", yielding a bogus base id and definition.

Both keywords are string-valued by spec, so read them through a single
guarded reader that ignores any other value.
