* e-stepper: gutter breakpoints are stops for the host's breakpoint navigation

A statement flagged by markBreakpoints (a click in the editor's gutter, resolved
to its closest enclosing statement) marks the first step that works on it with
redexNodeType DebuggerStatement, like a breakpoint() call. A statement of
several steps is a stop once; one in a function body, at every call.

* e-stepper: tell a partly evaluated statement from its replacement by its source

A flagged if that chose a one-statement branch left lists of equal length, so
the branch's statement inherited 'already fired' and its own gutter breakpoint
was lost. The statement that carries on is now the one with the same source.
