Step limit: the number at the slider's right end is the limit, in the stepper, e-stepper and CSE machine (#529)

The three tools' sliders count steps taken from 0, and the number at the right
end must not exceed the step limit:
- stepper and e-stepper: a run is the start, two steps per contraction and a
  last step, so that number is odd and an even limit gives the odd number below
  it (they showed limit + 2 / + 1 steps);
- CSE machine: its slider's right end is one less than the number of snapshots,
  so it collects limit + 1 (it showed limit - 1).
