feat(control): add agtermctl clipboard set to copy through the pane (#722)

a program running in a session attached from another Mac copies with
pbcopy, which fills the clipboard of the Mac it runs on. The user sits at
the other one. An agent's shell tool runs without a controlling tty, so it
cannot print an OSC 52 write into the pane directly.

`agtermctl clipboard set [TEXT]` prints the OSC 52 write into the caller's
pane through `zmx print`, run from the zmx beside the CLI. The daemon
forwards it to every attached client, and each terminal showing the pane
handles the clipboard request under its own clipboard-write setting.

CLI-only, with no protocol command: the socket still never writes a
clipboard. It needs a main or split pane started under Live sessions.

exit 0 means `zmx print` exited zero. It reads no reply, so that confirms
neither receipt nor a clipboard write. Two limits of `zmx print` are
recorded in docs/backlog: it can report success after a socket write
error, and it can inject inside the program's unfinished escape sequence.

measured over a remote attach between two Macs: the same OSC 52 write,
piped into `zmx print` on the origin, set the viewer Mac's clipboard. The
origin's deployed build did not include this command, so the remote test
used `zmx print` directly.
