Add Detach to the session menu

A session shown in the window's panes gets Detach in its right-click menu.
It hangs up those panes' tmux clients, which tmux takes as a detach (and
which reaches a remote client through its ssh connection), so the session
keeps running and the panes show the Detached page with Reattach, as when
the session is detached from elsewhere. Sessions not in the window's panes
don't get the item.
