fix(test): stop root-package tests writing .k fixtures into the repo tree (#604)

TestParseFileInTheWholeRepo (added in #599) walks the whole repo and parses
every .k file it finds. Three tests in this package created scratch files
under testdata/ and deleted them mid-run, so when the walk reached testdata
while one of them was between its os.Remove and its re-create, filepath.Walk
failed with:

    Error walking the path ../..: lstat ../../testdata/main_.k:
    no such file or directory

Go runs test packages in parallel, so the two collide. It surfaced on macOS
CI as a single failing job out of six — flakiness, not a deterministic
break. The same collision can also surface one step later as a ParseFile
failure when the file vanishes between the walk's stat and the read.

Point the three tests at t.TempDir() instead: TestWithOverrides,
TestWithSelectors and TestWithSelectorsReturnString. Their fixtures were
never meant to be repo content, and t.TempDir cleans up on its own, which
also drops the duplicated os.Remove + defer os.Remove pairs.

The race predates the lib bump, but removing the kcl-lang-lib checkout in
#603 made the walk shorter and therefore likelier to land on testdata/ while
a sibling package was churning it.
