* fix(data-visualizer): treat functions as data in General Tree View

classify() rejected any structure containing a function for both tree
views, so draw_data(llist(lambda x: x, lambda y: y, lambda z: z)) showed
the General Tree View warning. Functions are now data items there, and a
function appearing twice is repeated data, not shared structure. Binary
Tree View keeps the old rule.

A function in a data slot is drawn as its own glyph one level below its
pair, but computeLayout counted only pairs (canvas too short, glyphs
clipped) and the drawer placed every function at originX (all stacked at
one x). Functions now get their own column on that level from the same
counter as the pairs there. Tests check the glyphs fit the canvas and
nothing overlaps.
