fix(postgrest): diagnose @Column on a multi-binding declaration and @PrimaryKey on an Optional (#1467)

Marker attributes sit on the declaration, so every binding of
`@Default var a, b: Bool` carries them and `@PrimaryKey var a: Int, b: Int`
is a compound key. Two placements have no such reading and now get a
diagnostic where the author wrote them:

- `@Column("a") var x: Int, y: Int` named one column for two properties
  and failed on the generated `CodingKeys` enum instead.
- `@PrimaryKey var id: Int?` marked a nullable property as the key and
  expanded silently.

The compound-key and two-`@Default` expansion is now recorded too, since
nothing covered either.
