Close coverage gaps flagged by coveralls on #5482

- Views::Controllers::Locations::Index#observation_counts had an
  empty-hash prop default whose lambda body did not run -- the
  controller and every test call site already pass it explicitly.
  Dropped the default; every caller supplies the value.
- GlossaryTerms::Versions::Show::Term#render_thumbnail had no test
  covering a past version of a term that still has a thumb_image
  (images aren't versioned, so the current thumbnail shows regardless
  of which past version is being viewed). Added
  test_show_past_with_thumb_image using the plane_glossary_term
  fixture, which has both a thumb_image and multiple versions.
