perf: Stop allocating a copy buffer per asset

Over plain TCP, net/http copies every source it cannot send with
sendfile, such as the embed.FS files WithAssets serves, through a new
buffer per response. Copy those through a pooled buffer instead.

30 KB file over HTTP/1.1, per request: 87 -> 81 allocations,
42.2 -> 7.1 KiB, 45.5 -> 37.0 us.
