chore: rename the app id to org.thebleedingdeacons.intergroup.link (#73)

Android package and iOS bundle identifier both move from com.… to
org.…, matching Register (register#63). The csproj ApplicationId is the
only source: Link's AndroidManifest.xml sets no package.

An install under the old id is a different app and will not upgrade.
Firebase is keyed on the id too, so google-services.json and the
GOOGLE_SERVICES_PLIST secret both need re-downloading for the new id;
the plist check now expects it. The link:// callback scheme is unchanged.
