fix: Refuse a body on actions that take SSE

An action that takes datapages.SSE and returns a body writes the HTML
document into the open event stream:

    // POSTRender is /render
    func (PageIndex) POSTRender(r *http.Request, sse datapages.SSE) (
        body datapages.Component, err error,
    )

    event: datastar-patch-elements ...
    <!DOCTYPE html><html>...

The browser reads the HTML as broken events.
With compression it cannot read the stream at all.
