Evaluate org-mode SQL snippets in the connection of :ejc-sql header argument

`#+begin_src sql :ejc-sql my-db-connection' evaluates the snippet in the
named `ejc-create-connection' connection instead of the buffer one, so a
single org-mode buffer can query several databases. The JDBC driver of
such a connection is loaded once per ejc-sql nREPL. `org-edit-special'
connects the edit buffer to the same database.
