Revise test/integration setUps (#3439)

### Summary

Revise the tests in the `test/integration` folder with changes towards
pytest and some refactorings:

* focus on avoiding `setUp` (by making use of the new functions, and/or
preferring assigning inside the tests for simpler items)
* bubbling up of content in `setUp` into functions at the top of the
file, in preparation for becoming fixtures
* some refactorings in the process (specially `test_sampler_v2` and
`test_ibm_job_attributes`)
