* docs(theme-provider): describe the theme variables that it does not change

The provider changes only the styles of the components. Describe how to
scope the colors, the typography and the sizes of a theme to the content
of a provider.

* docs(theme-provider): set the theme variables on the provider

The host renders as display: contents, but its content still inherits
custom properties from it, so the example sets them on the provider and
uses an inner element only for the background. List the elevations, and
say that the sizes and the spacing are the same in all themes.

* docs(theme-provider): scope the scrollbar colors, copy all :root rules

The scrollbar colors are set on :root outside of palette(), and their
var() references resolve there, so a provider inherits the colors of the
page. Set them on the provider in the example, and tell CSS-only users
to copy every :root rule of the theme file.
