Name the built binary ftv, not the project

The command is ftv everywhere, but goreleaser had no binary name set, so it
defaulted to the project name and every downstream package renamed
FastTableViewer on the way in: the AUR install line, the Homebrew formula's
bin.install, and the snap's organize mapping. Three workarounds for one
unstated default.

builds[].binary is now ftv, so the release archives, deb, rpm and AUR package
carry the right name to begin with. Verified with a snapshot build: the archive
holds ftv, the deb installs /usr/bin/ftv, and the generated AUR pkgbuild
installs ./ftv.

The snap keeps its mapping — the snapcraft go plugin runs `go install ./...`
and cannot be told a name. The Homebrew formula also keeps its rename, because
the v0.9.0 archives were built before this change and still contain
FastTableViewer; simplify it at the next release.

CLAUDE.md now states the rule and the mechanism each packaging path uses to
hold it, including the one place it does not hold: go install on the import
path, which names the binary after the module because the main package sits at
the module root.
